New Delhi, March 30, 2026: Ashiana Housing Ltd., a publicly listed real estate developer on the NSE and BSE, has announced the launch of Phase 4 at its residential project Ashiana Malhar in Pune. Positioned as the most premium and sought-after tower within the township, the new phase aims to build on the strong demand witnessed in earlier launches.
The newly introduced Phase 4 comprises a limited inventory of 110 residential units, emphasizing exclusivity and a scarcity-driven approach. The tower offers a combination of enhanced specifications, improved layouts, and a prime location within the development, making it a key highlight of the project.
One of the standout features of Phase 4 is its unique offering of mountain-facing views along with East and West Vastu-compliant homes. Ashiana Malhar is being developed as a joint venture project with an estimated total cost of ₹750–800 crore, funded through internal accruals. The development is progressing in phases, with Phase 1 already delivered, Phase 2 scheduled for November 2026, Phase 3 for June 2027, Phase 4 targeted for September 2029, and Phase 5 expected to be announced in the future.
The project has recorded strong sales momentum, driven by positive buyer response to its premium residential concept. Additionally, the recent launch of the clubhouse has further boosted customer interest and confidence in the development.
