Apple Gears Up for iOS 18.4 Release
Following the launch of iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3, reports suggest that Apple is preparing for an even more feature-packed update. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman predicts that iOS 18.4 will roll out in April, bringing significant enhancements to Siri and Apple Intelligence.
Siri Gets Smarter with Major Upgrades
With iOS 18.4, Siri is expected to introduce three key improvements:
- Personal Context – Siri will use on-device data for more personalized interactions, including retrieving information from saved files.
- On-Screen Awareness – The assistant will analyze content on your screen and respond accordingly.
- Enhanced App Integration – Siri will perform actions within third-party apps for a more seamless experience.
Expanded Language Support for Apple Intelligence
Apple Intelligence is set to support more languages, including Chinese, English (India & Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
New Emojis for a Fresh Experience
iOS 18.4 will introduce seven new emojis, including a fingerprint, face with bags under eyes, harp, root vegetable, leafless tree, splatter, and a shovel.
