Ms. Aanchal Bansal is a new-generation leader transforming India’s fenestration industry. As Executive Director of Window Magic, one of the country’s top five uPVC and aluminium door and window brands, she has played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s operations from a team of 40 to over 400 employees, with a presence in more than 70 cities across India.
Armed with an MBA in Marketing and Finance and a Master of Commerce from the University of Punjab, Aanchal joined her family business in 2013. Since then, she has reshaped Window Magic’s brand identity through a blend of strategic marketing and creative storytelling.
