The anticipation around The Paradise reached another high at the film’s grand pre-release event in Hyderabad, with Nani turning the spotlight firmly on his co-star Raghav Juyal, who plays the menacing antagonist Vikram Maalik.
While the evening celebrated the world of The Paradise, it was Nani’s praise for Raghav that became one of the biggest talking points of the event. Calling Raghav a “rock star” and “an entertainer,” Nani expressed complete confidence in the actor’s potential, going as far as predicting that he could become “one of the biggest stars in Indian cinema.”
Speaking at the event, Nani said, “Raghav, today’s show is all you. You are the rock star. I feel like the entire internet is going to be filled with you today. You are an entertainer.”
Nani also revealed that what audiences are about to witness from Raghav as Vikram Maalik goes far beyond what they may expect, particularly highlighting the actor’s attention to the smallest details in his performance.
“You don’t need preparation, my brother. You are amazing. You stole the show. And the small, small nuances that he has done — the little things, the way he has performed them so beautifully — when you watch the film, you are going to be shocked. We have never seen something like this in our lives,” he said.
The actor went on to call Raghav a “fantastic talent” and expressed his belief that The Paradise could mark another significant step in his journey.
“I think he is a fantastic talent, and I am very, very confident that he will be one of the biggest stars in Indian cinema,” Nani added.
Ending on a personal note, Nani assured Raghav of his continued support, saying, “And I’ll always be rooting for you, Raghav. You have a brother here in Hyderabad, you know that.”
With Raghav stepping into the role of Vikram Maalik opposite Nani in The Paradise, Nani’s words have added another layer of intrigue to a performance that audiences are already eagerly awaiting. Paradise releases worldwide on 24th September 2026.
