New Delhi / Ahmedabad, 16th December 2025 – S&A Law Offices has acquired Ahmedabad-based boutique disputes firm U&L Partners, strengthening its dispute resolution capabilities and expanding its footprint in western India. The founders of U&L Partners, Nilesh P Udernani and Gaurav K Lakhwani, will join S&A Law Offices as Partners leading the firm’s Ahmedabad office, along with their 12-member team, bringing deep regional insight and a strong dispute resolution practice to the firm.

Nilesh is a Gujarat National Law University graduate. And Gaurav completed his LLM from Jindal Global Law School and B.A. LL.B from M. S. University of Baroda. Both bring with them vast experience in Civil and Criminal Disputes, IBC, IP, real estate and corporate transactions advisory.
