  • 1 tbsp raw rice

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 tbsp aloe vera gel

  • 1 tbsp glycerine

  • 1 tbsp rose water

  • 1–2 Vitamin E capsules

Method:

  1. Soak the raw rice in half a cup of water overnight.

  2. In the morning, take one spoon of the fermented water.

  3. Mix it with:

    • 2 spoons of aloe vera gel

    • 1 spoon glycerine
