Vrindavan, August 2, 2026: Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir and Vrindavan Heritage Tower will host Braj Heritage Fest 2026 from August 3 to 14, bringing together students from schools across Braj for a 12-day celebration of cultural education. Considered the largest inter-school competition in Braj, it will offer young participants a platform to present their talents through competitions inspired by the rich heritage and traditions of Braj.
The festival has been conceived as an initiative to introduce children to the cultural legacy of Braj through participation. Competitions in music, dance, art, literature and Vedic traditions will encourage students to explore India’s civilizational heritage in an engaging and experiential setting.
Events have been planned across multiple categories, including drawing, painting, devotional singing, classical and folk dance, Krishna Quiz, Vedic mantra chanting, storytelling, essay writing, elocution, rangoli, handwriting, costume presentation and instrumental music. Students from different age groups will compete across these categories during the fest.
Braj Heritage Fest seeks to complement classroom learning by promoting cultural awareness and Vedic values. It also provides students with an opportunity to perform before a wider audience, build confidence and explore their creative sides.
The festival is part of Vrindavan Heritage Tower’s broader efforts to promote cultural education and preserve the heritage of Braj by engaging young minds through meaningful learning experiences through educational and community initiatives.
